Join the Three Kings caroling during the Christmas season, and come caroling with us. It doesn't matter how old you are or where you live, what matters is your enthusiasm.
The Three Kings carolers are real kings. They have great zeal and bring joy to the lives of others. To be a caroler means to surpass oneself.
Carolers are little missionaries:
1. Theirs is an evangelizing activity. Little carolers who bring the joy of the Gospel to the world become missionaries. We can therefore call them missionary carolers.
2. Carolers bring the joy of the birth of Jesus Christ to families.
3. Carolers pray for missions and missionaries, and learn about the situation of children in other parts of the world who live in much more difficult conditions.
4. Children also learn to be attentive to others and to help those in need.
5. Mission carolers collect donations to fund projects designed to help children in different corners of the world through the Pontifical Mission Societies (PMS).
Carolers bring joy and God's blessing.
The proceeds from our e-caroling will go to the projects of the Society of Missionary Childhood. By supporting carolers, you will support projects in Ethiopia and many other countries. Pontifical Society of Missionary Childhood supports 177 projects in fourteen countries: Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, India, Cambodia, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Tanzania, Thailand, and Togo.
The Three Kings Competition
The Pontifical Mission Societies are organizing the 3rd year of the Christmas carol singing competition under the name Trojkráľová e-carol. The competition will take place in e-space. Though it is intended mainly for children, it is also open to other age groups.
As part of the competition, it is necessary to choose one Christmas song, which can also be accompanied by music.
The song should be recorded on a video, which you can send to us by December 23, 2022.
The recording does not have to be professional. Using a mobile phone should suffice.
All the songs will be published. We will use them to ask for support for the Society of Missionary Childhood in Africa, specifically to provide aid to Ethiopia, devastated by war.
With your video and e-caroling, you can help children in Africa within the framework of 177 projects that we support from Slovakia.
