Sister Paulo Albino was born on April 25, 1969 in Bula (Guinea-Bissau) and made her Perpetual Profession in the Institute of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ on September 14, 1997.

She obtained a Licentiate in Biblical Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. Former Pastoral Director in the Parish of Santa Maria de Mattias in Ingoré and Director of the National Directorate of the Pontifical Missionary Works in Guinea-Bissau.

She has worked in the field of evangelization, catechesis, teaching and youth apostolate. Since 2022, she has been a Councilor and Treasurer of the Italian Region of her Religious Institute.
