The Andong Chroh Catholic Child Care started operations in 2004 in Kampong Cham, 120 km away. from the capital Phnom Penh. This Center is managed by a group of volunteers.
Every day, around 6:00 am, parents send their children to the Center when they go to work. Most of the parents of these children are street vendors, farmers, taxi drivers.
Currently the Center cares for 30 children from 3 to 5 years of age and offers them breakfast and lunch every day. From 2004 to 2018 the center has welcomed approximately 340 children and has sent 280 to public school.
